Greg Millen
Co-Owner & Kitchen
Design Expert
Greg Millen has designed and overseen more than 4,000 projects over nearly 40 years in the kitchen and bath industry, ranging from custom cabinetry to full-scale home renovations. His expertise has been featured in over 20 Cavalcade of Homes and Luxury Tour of Homes events, showcasing some of the finest interiors in the region.
Greg’s career began in construction while attending Northern Illinois University, where he studied finance. He spent eight years at Kitchen Distributors of America before returning to Yorkville, his hometown, to launch his own company. His leadership extends beyond design—he has served as President of the Yorkville Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Illinois Home Builders Board, and a member of multiple industry and community boards.
Beyond his professional achievements, Greg has been a dedicated leader and advocate in the community, serving in various roles, including:

Brittany Polzin
Lead CAD Designer
& Project Manager
With a degree from Lewis University and a strong background in kitchen and bath design, Brittany plays a vital role in bringing custom kitchen and home design projects to life. She has designed and managed hundreds of successful projects, ensuring precision and quality from concept to completion.
Her expertise includes:
- Lead CAD Designer, specializing in 20/20 CAD software
- Project Manager, overseeing cabinetry designs from selection to installation
- Selections and Order Processing Expert, ensuring a smooth workflow from design to final product
Before joining Heritage Cabinetry & Design, Brittany held leadership positions as Manager of Maurice Clothing Store and Manager at LA Fitness, honing her customer service and organizational skills.
Currently, Brittany is remodeling her own home, giving her firsthand experience with the excitement and challenges of home renovations. She and her husband, Justin, manage a busy household with three young children while planning their dream home for the future—an experience that allows her to relate personally to the clients she serves.
Brittany’s attention to detail, expertise in CAD design, and passion for creating stunning, functional cabinetry solutions make her an invaluable part of the Heritage team.
